Quadly Cooking: French Toast

Breakfast? Dinner? I say both. French Toast is always a winner.

2-3 eggs or ½ cup liquid eggs
2 pieces of bread
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Oil or grease of your choice
Maple syrup or powdered sugar

Mix eggs, vanilla and cinnamon in a plastic container. Heat griddle with oil or grease. Dip bread into egg mixture, covering both sides thoroughly. Pour any additional egg mixture onto bread and let it soak in. Cook on medium heat. Flip the bread so both sides can cook until golden brown.

Top French toast with butter and powdered sugar or maple syrup.
